B/o capped at 13 keys. https://i.imgur.com/l4msRRm.png
Another seller on outpost for 3 month ago. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28591832
And yea, it's not 5% change, but still this is the item worth.
The 5% rule does not apply to unusuals. Upvote!
The B/O cap is meant to be for the seller of the hat, not the buyer.
Your B/O was 12, so the sale should cap at that instead: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28767404
Resuggest at 12 flat.
I was discounted for pure. That is not the same.
The prices we're looking to reflect for any kind of item are pure prices, we want to make sure that our prices represent what an item would sell for pure keys, not any method of overpay. Discounting for pure is a moot point really, as that was the amount you were asking for in pure it's the value that we want to reflect here.
If you were asking for 12 keys pure discount or not, the sale won't be higher than that.
