Since 70 and 75 are relatively close together, I think this will be fine especially since scrap changes their prices and 70 will be arbitrary. Especially considering scraptf will drop their price again instantly after this suggestion or its resuggestion equivalent passes, I dont really see the point in extending this range based on a floating data point, but rather see it as support that this value is better than current. If we're being realistic here, both 75 and 70-75 can be considered conservative drops; itll simply be a step in the right direction.
Now that there is a sale at roughly this value, Im much more confident that - for now - the value wont still be too high, as some scrap.tf drops evidently are (see Electrostatic slick or guten, I think guten).
