this gap is huuuuuuuge,i think 40 is the outlier since it was a pure sale,probably a quicksell.

Only 1 Exists and it doesn't look like the new owner is selling as they haven't listed anywhere.

The sale at 40 wasn't really a quicksale. It may look that way since the trade for 40 keys had briefly been undone as either the buyer or the seller regretted the trade, wanted to trade back, and a few days later, they still proceeded to trade as per their initial agreement.

I however agree that the range is on the wide side here. While it is doable, I will leave this open for a while to see if we can get new sales to either support the range or prove either sale will be an outlier.
