Going with 13 flat.

My "purchase" (my mongolian sale) could probably be used for the burning mongolian. However Im not sure if that should be done already, as there's still the 3 other sales of me buying out the market on that one (from memory for 24, 25 and 26 pure; all are quicksales; the 25 sold to my buy order and I snagged the other two within hours (24) and a day ish (26). While my offers definitely support a raise on that would be reasonable, I'd prefer to have more sales there backing up the value I actually sold it at (as it has to outweigh those 3 quicksales) and Im not comfy ignoring 75% of the sales regardless of how fast they sold :P
