By calculator.tf starting price of the unusual 27,17€ = 14,03Key and the only seller http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28720242 is selling it for 14 keys and

other guys at comunity market are selling it for 27€ and higher, the gigh walue should be 15 keys.
