The 19 key sale is outdated by now and the 18 sale goes outdated in a few days; I would not use either of them here.

Additional notes for the suggester:

- The tree sale should not be used here. items that are a small part of a trade should not be priced off of complex bulksales for a large hat; sales such as those can be used to price the high end hat (in this case the tree), but cannot be used for any of the individual parts.

- The blizzardy elfin sale was no 1:1, 2 keys were added to it

Sort by time shows ID matches for both keys. However, since that sale caps at 20 keys it will not matter here. 20 is still a valid value.

I would redo this at a range of 20-22 (@nefarian feel free to take over; the original suggester does not seem to be resuggesting or responding to comments).
