Yeah, cases I saw were high tiers and the reason it's not done for them is manipulation.
Doubt it matters for low tiers so yeah
resuggest with 15% steam tax factored in
There was a change in the rules that states all SCM sales now only use the high-end for pricing. I'd assume the same is applied to SCM buyers too.

Yeah this is not going to work, SCM quickbuyers are unstable on their own as they are. Someone could easily make a buy order at 15 keys' worth and render this suggestion completely invalid, and every buyer can vanish in a couple of minutes.
Using SCM buyers is fine as additional/supportive evidence, but on it's own it won't work for any kind of hat.
Not to mention that every single buyer at 14 is gone with only sellers at 10 left, you'll have to wait until this actually sells to update it.
