Misc don't really matter if it's clean or dupped below 100 key at all, so don't really think it's correct, as for the second one, I mean trader value it at 200+, I would argue that 170 is a outliner

Also the sale for the Cauldron Bubbling belt is clearly a overpay, sold with 18 key in unusual for 180 in unusual, 160×(1+30%) Overpay as Ded Andrei expected rounding off to ~200, not usable as sales but can be used to state 171 as outliner and remove the range
