First sale at 15 had an outpost listing that had much less views than the other sale at 15, which was open for only a day. Considering this, and the fact that the other sale at 15 quicksold, 15 may be an outlier.

Sale at 10 is an obvious outlier. Excluding 10.

Excluding 22 for the following reasons:

- It sold in a 15 day trade hold, so the buyer was probably willing to overpay by quite a bit to get the seller to accept their offer.

- Seller had no Outpost listing. If they did, their B/O would most likely fall under the sale’s value.

- There are multiple sales and sellers for less than the sale’s value.
