Yes, most of the sales at 18 were quicksales, however, the only valid (non-strange) sale that is above 18 is 38. It is clear that 18 is the most common trading point, and is a better representation of its price. This is supported by the strange one being sold for 22.

Can’t use the Strange sale to set a high-end. Excluding 22, as well as 38.
