A 1 Refined change should be fine.
And why is that?
Because the mods routinely accept suggestions, much like this one, that aren't a 5% change but is a 1 Refined change or a 0.33 Refined change and it's close to 5%.
I'm not saying that a price change from 27 Refined to 27.33 Refined is fine or necessary. Some common sense has to be applied.
Pretty sure they don't mind as long as there's an actual sale rather than unsolds. idk
