Thats kind of a crude statement. You're using a sale that happened in a day, well over a buyout it is capped at. That easily qualifies as a quicksale, and thus should not be used to reprice this. If there are no other sales to use as context, then you should leave it unupdated

Is it possible to still use this sale without the buyout cap? I read somewhere that if something sells over buyout, it shouldn't get capped.

The bulk sales also roughly support a drop.

personally I would wait before updating this until we get clearer sales. While I am not completely opposed on using the sale without the cap, I would at least want to see the sale confirmed by either party involved (as from as far as I can see, 13 is no certainty but a minimum amount that matches). I'd be hesistant; double so without that confirmation. Without it, it would sit here until it hits the backlog or until it resells for sure
