    You can leave this up, but until they mature i'm staying neutral. But for future suggs, you should wait for your buyers to mature. (1 day minimum for items like this)

      Main reason I included all the supporting evidence, since buyers pretty much agree with overall market, and there just aren't any available at all near what buyers are paying. I agree that it should hang out for at least a day or two though, in case it's a short-term spike.
