Personally I wouldn't call them valid. Listed 15 Hours ago and was Last Online 11 Hours. I'd wait to see if they stick around and come online frequently. 15 Hours is pretty young. (I know they don't have to mature just saying they may bail)

I do not have proof of it but they had a listing up for the same amount for ~2 days and re-listed.

Fair enough, Just gonna stay neutral on the side of caution!
