Some of the Keys Histories are messed up. Also the pencils history has been moved to a private inventory etc and so we cannot track it to see who received it and as you can see the Key Histories I doubt that they were even involved.

My guess is that the guy who bought it never went on backpack.tf, so his name doesnt appear in the histories of the keys, neither do they the hat.

All of the IDs match for every key, that sale should be fine to use.
