I shall be continuing what Doing Doing Your Mom has endeavoured to do.
Here's the evidence:

Because there is quite a price range, I did 40+40+18+18 divided by 4, to narrow the price down to the average, 29 keys.
As Doing Doing Your Mom stated in his suggestion, this is a really good looking effect paired with a good looking hat for the scout. This is especially good for low-teir traders, or traders that don't have many keys that want a great unusual.
Were there any trades of it however? I suppose if there's no record of trades you'll have to go off of that but...
I guess that too, but I found another flaw: the unusuals that are listed for 40 keys are strange ones, so I guess I screwed up.
You can't just average out the sellers to make the final price. Just think about it, if it can't sell for 18 for a week, why should it be priced higher? If anything, it should be lower. This is why you need sales to price an item. Both sellers at 40 are strange, too.
here is some evidence for a suggestion in the future :^)

You'll need sales to price an unusual mate. And since there are sellers a lot lower than your suggested price, this is invalid.
