If the price change is 0.66 or higher there is no cooldown.

Sellers for the last 2 days strongly support this and continue to do so but stn is starting to sell at 26.22 now.

On second thought I don't know how I feel about this anymore. Might need a re-suggestion at 26.22 if other sellers support 26.22.

stn and other bots lowered to 26 Refined and there's constantly new sellers below that.

Sellers below 26 Refined quicksell rather quickly but there's still a constant stream of new ones below 26 Refined.

Looks like it's better to wait a bit to let the sellers settle down or if you believe the 3rd time's the charm re-suggest at 26 Refined and hope the proof stays valid.

A lot of people are selling the keys now for 25.66 refs, what the hell it´s happen here o3o

Bot sellers are selling at 26 on classies, i'd recommend waiting for the price to settle a bit and for a few sellers to mature at least before re-suggesting.
