I'm not so sure that a single sale, especially a non-unusual item, is enough to warrant a price chance.

It is enough.

The current market suggests 1.66 is the correct price.

There are tons of quickbuying bots at the current price suggesting it is indeed nothing but a quickbuying price. Everyone who is selling the item is selling it for 1.66 and it sells for 1.66.
