Eventough i've paid more than 300 keys for duped secret exe, clean one is sill for sale (more than 3 months for 300 keys).

The 3 month unsold one does not apply. He is EXTREMELY inactive, as his listing has been expired due to inactivity for a good portion of the time since it was created. He has also had numerous offers of the price he wants, however, he never accepts adds and is never online to accept trades, and this is clear because I was added by multiple people offering him his price in pure or more, as they claimed he never accepted adds or trades (As I stated earlier).

yes he declines random steam friend adds but he checks trade offers frequently. if someone wanted to pay 300 keys pure for it, it would not be listed at tf2op for more than 3 months. he blocked me, then i've added him by using different account. he also declined my add, i sent him a trade offer as i was interested in paying 300 keys for his exe. after that he added me back. here: http://imgur.com/lb9uOdI 1st add: 30.01.2017, 2nd add: 26.02.2017. anyway this will be closed as there were two more sales (including yours).

That sale can be used because the executioner is more than 50% of the trade. As you said in the previous suggestion the seller @ 300 has had offers and declined and isn't accepting any friend requests.

i dont remember why and when but he blocked me; <blank>, i added him by using my other account and yeah he declined. i knew that guy is weird so i sent him a trade offer as i was willing to pay his b/o as i was collecting 300 keys, after that he added me. at that time i've already bought a duped one so i removed him.

you should talk with Alone as i can not tell 2nd sale can be used or not. i simply copied his previous suggestion. i dont know why he closed his.

yeah, i saw casemaker sale too. casemaker was bought from scrap.tf, its price is outdated too. i dont know why the previous owner closed his suggestion but yeah. seems this is not going to be updated anytime soon

1) I didn't buy the Casemaker from scrap.tf

2) The Woolen Warmer has an open suggestion at 430 so the sale would be 430 + 25 + 11 + 19 = about 485 keys.

3) I have added the guy, he basically said that he doesn't give a shit about his hat and whether it sells or not. A bit unfair to drop this to 300 based on that.

I'd close this up, but hey, I own the Executioner :P

If I sell it, then there'd be more valid proof.

3- does not matter, people do not care if its fair or not. there is a fact that it is unsold more than 3 months. he does not accept friend requests but check his trade offers frequently.

It doesn't matter that the Exe suggestion uses the Woolen Warmer because the Exe sale does not determine a range in the Woolen suggestion, as there are more sales at 430 for the Woolen. So the sale is perfectly fine and valid for the Exe.

Anyways, if you know it's going to be declined, then you might as well close it yourself :p

why you are so concerned? i think i know. at least people who do not use tf2op can check the real price or a 1 person history 300 key exe seller here before trading their stuff for your hat

I bought the hat fully aware that there was a suggestion open so the fact that I own one has nothing to do with this. The thing is, it's stupid to drop the price of a clean version of this hat based on an inactive seller that doesn't really care about his stuff and declines adds/offers - which you've claimed yourself, along with biggie cheese in this suggestion and in the other suggestion. I would've commented exactly the same if I didn't have the hat. And, you're apparently already sure that this will be closed, so why not close it yourself? Save the mods some time and keep your rep, I mean, if you're already so positive that it's going to get closed?

Yes I dislike dropping unusuals based on b/o's, I prefer to update them on what they can sell for, rather than what they can't sell for. So I prefer to wait for an actual sale (which happened here, Woolen Warmer sale at 485), so that there's an accurate price reflection. Even more when sellers are inactive, like many people have claimed so far in this, Moose' suggestion and Alone's suggestion.

it seems you sold your clean "500 keys" exe to scrap.tf. https://backpack.tf/item/1208425063 also you did not vote on that declined exe suggestion (you knew it was going to be declined/closed anyway, you did not want to hurt your streak). this is a proof that, this hat needs a drop.

I don't really get your point. You've still ignored my previous statements and the fact that I quicksold it to scrap.tf was because I am in need of keys and doesn't represent the true value of the hat.

The casemaker now has an open suggestion that would provide it with a moderate drop. I have briefly gandered at the suggestion and it seems to be using this exe price for one of its sales. The other sale there being close to the exe sale would indicate that this value for the exe should be about right based on that casemaker sale.

I've already provided elsewhere that the 'bulk' unused sale is wrong, and that it actually seems to have been a sort-of tradeback from the sale that was tried to be used to raise this a while ago, as it includes 2 of the 3 exact hats it had sold for there:

Same trader is involved in both sales. Both are either outdated or on the verge of being outdated atm anyway.

I've also already addressed the woolen sale should not be used here but for the woolen instead. The range there only uses a very small part of the sales and coincidentally, it is only the low sales that are being ignored

The woolen clearly needs a larger range and should thus definitely not be used to set a high end here, especially since that exe sale should fit the range that that should get at this value.

I know the exe was valued based on this suggestion/this seller when the casemaker sale happened, and the buyer there sold it to scrap.tf, so in terms of pure value it was definitely not valued at the 400-something the woolen sale would suggest it to be.

Lastly I'd like to address that people keep saying the seller is inactive and that he therefore should not be considered

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28579583 He is bumped 3 hours ago right now. Last few times I checked, he has - with one exception - always last bumped less than 10 hours ago (usually ~4-5 hrs ago). The trade post has 500+ views. You can barely call that inactive. Don't you think that if this hat was really worth 440 pure, that it would have sold for 300 now after 4 months? If that is indeed criminally low, would people not have purchased keys or quicksold some fo their hats to buy it?

Of all the moderators I am probably the most conservative one and I am the strongest advocator of preserving prices rather than dropping them based on buyouts, but the evidence here is fairly overwhelming. It now selling to scraptf and being for sale there for a while even more proves that this will not be that far off.

I have so far given the seller the benefit of the doubt and gave him a chance to resell before making a decision here, but with it being in scraptf now, I do not foresee any sales happening that would disprove of this value. The only other exchanges have been dupes (scraptf sold the dupe and now has the clean one); the last of which is not tracable. The only ones left for sale are the 4 month old seller at 300, a duped seller at 400 and scraptf at 250 (which they will lower once this is accepted), none of which show any sign of disproval here.
