The private eye in your suggestion is strange, it will need a mini as it might be a different price from normal

private eye strangifier is worth little enough to not matter

But I made a Neckwear price suggestion once, but a mod said my sale was a strange one so it doesn't count

there's no such thing as a neckwear strangifier though

So let me get this straight, if the strange unusual is strange because it is strangified doesn't count toward the value

If it is unboxed strange, it matters

correct because strangified unusuals are like adding paint -- irrelevant
