there is no 95 BO on that rifle.

This should not be priced with the rifle sale unless the rifle gets a proper suggestion

The B/O that the seller had for pure keys is required. The prices of accepted suggestions need to reflect what unusuals would've sold for (or are able to sell for) in pure. That doesn't involve any overpay. So if his B/O was 90 pure or 140 overpay, then you would still need to cap at 90.

well my issue still remains here that it sold at that BO is less than 3 days, which makes this price very artificial. I initially didnt see the BO since I didnt see the fancy magic that was used to reveal, and assumed he misread a BO on something else as the BO for this.

Using QS buyouts on sales that actually sold really fast seems kind of counterproductive to me, beating the purpose of the rule as a whole
