Well, first I'd start with saying that I haven't direct proof of the trade, so need the advice of a mod there.

So the item is 1 of 1 and ended up in a collector's bp.

The guy bought it on SCM, but as it's 1 of 1, we can't access the SCM page and the history of sales

BUT backpack.tf archives the last price it was listed at on SCM on its page :

So we know it was listed at $150, bought on SCM on January the 20th.

Keys at the time were $2.46 on SCM, making the sale at 61 keys flat price

(Please note that we don't take fees into consideration anymore according to the new rules)

Any pertinent comments are welcome

Was it anything involving Raven that wasn't allowed for pricing items, or only keys/paypal deals?

That was for collector's items, that's why I didn't add him, tried to find the seller which put it on SCM but couldn't find him either (that's not the one appearing in bp's history). Last known owner was found on OP http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20668262 but the item hasn't been in his bp for 2 years, doubt it was put on SCM all this time

        History is useless here

Hasn't been on SCM all the time as I somewhat regularly check

        Probably best to add raven?

Btw this miiight have been a qs/low

Well he won't confirm the sale http://i.imgur.com/8xvxQjy.png

Best thing to do is closing then? Should it be really considered as manipulation if I was making a suggestion about a sale involving a manipulator?

Well the case here is that Raven has used suggsetions in the past to manipulate the value of his items by hiding parts of the transactions (he returned keys or cash later, after the suggestion was done). This means that we have no way of telling whether or not this was the full deal. For this reason, we do not use any of his purchases or sales in suggestions.
