secret exe's price is outdated (1 year), 1 of 3, 2 of them are clean. clean one is unsold 300 keys for more than 3 months.

The 3 month unsold one on the secret exe does not apply. That owner is inactive, and has had multiple offers of 300, as many people who have offered him have went to me and given me the same offer due to the fact that he is inactive. check recent neckwear price suggestions (most of them are accepted). those hats are not 1 of 1 and you can find some of them @ market. yet their price is lowered. do you know why? some of them are unsold @ scrap.tf for a month only. i really do not understand why alone closed his previous exe suggestion.

you are just worried about updating secret executioner price as 300 keys which will directly effect your woolen warmer's price.

No, I'm not worried about it effecting the woolen, I'm just someone who has owned that executioner multiple times and based off of what I've sold it for each time 300 is definitely way too low for it, especially given the values of other lower tier effects. psycho overpays a lot since he is a collector or idk the real reason why.. 2nd guy was paying 250 keys for a clean one and im sure he wont offer more than 400 keys in items for a clean secret exe anyway. no need to talk with those guys, if you want to provide proofs just post your trade offer or inventory history screenshots. but the thing is 300 key seller is a real problem here.

Why are all those other sales low?

- The exe sale would definitely go against this value

- The headsplitter sale supports the lower values

That makes two high sales vs 4 lower sales (ingoring the neck sale which should probably be used for that instead, and that one is in scraptf atm). I did read the controversy around the spellbound splitter price, as well as that on the exe, but i really dont think that this should get such a tight range where only ~25% of the sales are being used

i support your point, 485 (seems it is not 485 keys.. anyway 430 might be high tough) keys is really high for this hat. well as you said need to wait, this suggestion will not be accepted anytime soon i guess (like my exe suggestion). also could you help or maybe make a suggestion about secret exe? there were not two sales before a month ago, idk why did the prev suggester closed that one..

I have left a rather extensive explanation on the closed suggestion; I intended to list it on your suggestion as well, but it must have slipped my mind.

As a brief summary:

Sales are at:

~480 (the woolen sale)

~350 (the MG law sale you've mentioned in the suggestion)

~150 ish (the casemaker sale)

this is at the proposed appraisals as per this suggestion (warmer) and a scrap.tf unsold (casemaker). Since there is reason to believe that both the high and low end sales are not really suitable to be included in the range (See further explanation on the closed suggestion), they should probably both be excluded.

That leaves the MG law sale and the seller at 300, which would span the middle ground at 300-350

For clarification: I typed my response too fast and meant to say that the warmer has a bunch of sales of which only the highest are being used (hence the "larger range" part of the comment). I wanted to edit it but it was closed before. That, however, was my actual rationale.

i read your comment before. 350 is estimated or exact number for that sale? also its 2 months old, so i dont know if it can be used or not. anyway i can close my suggestion and re-suggest (or if someone willing to do that).

Seems to have sold for that OF beard + the spaceman. I recall a similar sale being used before, with another spaceman involved, but they seem to be separate sales, but since the buyer from that sale is the same as the seller from the other suggested sale, Im actually not sure if they are legitimate sales.

I guess that changes the situation as that means we have no ~350 sale, and it may indicate a wider range than I initially anticipated will be needed in this particular situation. Ill look into that further later on
