Well, the 41 pure sale in the last suggestion was a trade that happened in October. Definitely outdated. The 30 sales happened in December, so they might be reasonable to include in the range here. Given one of the sellers has been up for 18 days now at 26, low end has justification too.

Better than the current range, so I'm accepting.
