    You need links to the item histories of the sellers you're using to lower the price, and the sellers need to be at least 1 day old to be considered "not a quicksell" to lower the price. The lowest one right now that's more than 1 day old is at 23.77, so maybe resuggest at that price with item histories linked, or wait for the lower sellers to mature (they might not though).
