Pretty much what I meant, since this person put that range just because they think the price will decrease since Halloween is over. So they shouldn't say they will decrease in price soon without having any sales.

I just traded this user my taunt for his Infernal Smoke Bad Pipes + Strange KS Backburner + Strange Spec KS Natascha. Sold the bad Pipes for 17 keys and got about half a key in metal for the 2 sweets
