I never really suggest but now that this hat is multi class, it needs a new price. I'm not good at suggestions so please don't get mad

Now that this hat is multi class, sales are going up in prices. Aces currently being sold at 17, Smoking at 20.

Stormy is a low tier effect, but it should NOT stay at it's original single class price when worse effects are being listed and sold for more
