          1) to check if he's a valid seller

          2) craft hats are easy to resell at 1.33 pure so I don't mind

          3) I buy (some) craft hats to keep (look at my inv, I'm not selling most craft hats I bought)

      Bot buyers at 1.22 now, I suppose this'll be fine.

      Keep in mind that doing stuff like sending a seller an offer of 1.33 when they're asking for 1.22 for the sake of the suggestion will not be valid though.
