Current b/o of 65. Given the rest of the information, I'm not sure if ignoring the 58 b/o is appropriate here. Range seems more like 55-60 with 58 fitting right in. I offered the current owner several offers around 60-65 in first gens but wasn't willing to go to the 70+ he was countering me with. You could also just wait for him to sell, but the 60 pure sale for sure needs to be in the range.
