Can you help me understand why the suggestion is for 65 when you found proof for sales of 55, 65, and 70? You've clearly done this more than I have.

agreed, i understand why 70 could be an outlier due to the 2 month unsold at 70 keys but i don't understand why 55 would be an outlier

eh incidentally I guess Im not opposed to it here. The buyout it sold over had only been there for about two days prior to selling. Probably wouldnt have been against 65-70 here although I feel 65 may be more appropriate with that ~3 week old seller at 65

However, for future reference, I would indeed like to see outliers clearly indicated, along with an explanation as to why the sale in question is considered an outlier, so that we can assess whether or not it should actually be ignored.
