These are much higher than this. Tbf scrap.tf is only looking for pure which might be why it's unsold.

I think 300 is way too generous there, I owned one of those taunts recently and I can't see it being above 100.

That's fair. If you can do a quick mini on it though, that would be great. Definitely would be better to get a price based on a sale rather than an unsold on scrap.tf.
