Mad underpriced before, I have a listing up for 25 keys, but it's down because I spent the keys. I guess that supports the raise.

Not sure what you mean by last sale. You said owner will NEVER sell this, but I have one that I just bought, which happens to be the one you sold. When I bought it though, we valued it around 40-60ish, which would support this. I'm selling for a bit higher than this and will most likely wait until I get my buyout in pure, seeing as I really like the hat. But this was not the last ever sale.
The person I sold this to, said to me that he was never going to sell this, Im pretty sure he got scammed by a ridiculous overpriced skin offer which was was no more than 4 keys
Ouch, had no idea. Looking in the compare and don't see a skin, but it's likely he listed it on SCM. Well, the price is still accurate, so you have my upvote.
