I'm not seeing anything to disprove this. There is a seller for a long time at 44. As indicated below, it was listed at 40 for some time before it sold for 35 and 35 is close to 37 and 38, so no real grounds to call it an outlier.

What did you pay for yours? Maybe could include that in the range.
