Nope. 3 other classifieds are dupes, the non-duped ones don't have recent sales

dupes don't matter in suggestions on hats worth less than 30 keys.

I may have glossed over that, where exactly does it say that in the rules? From a trading standpoint I get it, but I thought duped always mattered. In fact, 12 months ago on a GBH copper's hard top the guy didn't end up using a dupe on the classifieds for sales, and it's only 25 keys. Did it change in 12 months?

So I can use the sales but I'd have to take 9.8% off? (also that's from 2014, is that still relevant)

We allow people to treat dupes and clean versions the same on hats under 25 keys in value. We did that before I made that spreadsheet but before we didn't really have any justification for the arbitrary cutoff. So now we have justification to do it.

You can ignore everything else in there. Dupe and gifted value reductions are probably not accurate any more.
