If you can verify that (with a screenshot or a confirmation from the seller), you could cap the sale at 123 and suggest at 123 flat. That will work, given that no new sales will occur.

seller is offline and the buyout was on bp.tf as a note since i now own it the notes gone so when he gets on I will post it if want the outpost page I can give you that

Don't think the BO was listed on outpost. I think there's a way to recall old cache versions of item pages to reveal the old buyout in some way, but I do not know how to myself. If someone knows how that works, feel free to chime in.

Well, if the suggester is suggesting 100, doesn't that mean he only values his hat at like this much? He does say he believes this is a fair price

I believe the price I payed is the value of the hat but because I overpayed and didn't pay in pure I had to lower the value (to make it more likely this would pass) if some down the road wants to update the price to 123 or 139 I have no problem with that

Sale was easily over the buyers current pure b/o of 100, so this should be fine.
