Definetely an outlier. Also the gutten is duped.

20 looks low

That makes no sense why it would be "too low" I've shown a 20 sale, 3 21 sales, and 2 25 sales. Meanwhile there's 3 for sale asking for 30 and 30+ including stranges that have gone unsold for 2 or so weeks.
