You only take the high end of what the buyer paid, not what the seller received and it's fine to use scm sales as long as it's clear

This is my first market based price suggestion. A while ago I asked someone how to price it and they said to do the high and low end, then now it isn't. This stuff is really confusing.

You're fine. They updated the rules recently to only consider what the buyer pays. I guess not everyone knows about it yet.
