I would not agree though I purchased this for 30 keys I believe it is worth more due to the nice effect that is themed and the fact that so little exist and that it is rarely up for sale

Lucha, which is a misc, is at 27.

I don't know on what grounds you would feel that this would be too low. Even at 30, it would be one of the top 3 valued heavy hats.
