25.88 buyers have been consistent for days until now meaning there are way more sales at 25.88 ref. 25.88 ref is the most common trading point right now but the problem is the mods left the other suggestion up for so long. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

I am getting confused now. "Yes, we allow suggestions based on sellers under our current listed price and buyers above our listed price. But we are really looking for changes that are relevant and meaningful, so please do your best to base suggestions around sales." But that goes against "Buyout prices are set by the seller and therefore do not reflect the actual price of the item." What are we looking for again? Edit: Added source. That refers to the use of buyers and sellers to drop and raise items is possible, but the changes should be meaningful changes. Using sales in a suggestion makes it a lot more meaningful than just buyers and sellers which why often suggestions with sales under 5% can still get accepted if they have a sale.
