Just a week after this hat gets priced, they give unusuals with dual qualities their own price-points.
I've only seen a couple of these around, including my own, only one recent sale that I can see:

The Wetworks got priced at 86-90 keys recently - did the average of that.
If I'm wrong, and there are other Strange Slumber Salty's with usable sales, then feel free to take this and make another suggestion... or let me know, and I'll update this one/make a new one. Whichever comes first.

Sold for a Starstorm Insomnia Magistrate Mullet + about 43 keys in Australiums/other sweets ( http://i.imgur.com/9eoA31p.png huge credits to Julia <3)
Mullet has no proper mini but a seller at 20. 43 + 20 = 63 keys.
63-88 key range could be possible here. Mainly because the current seller shows no signs (yet) of reselling so can't really determine an outlier.
I agree. Sales at less than 40, 63, and 88. Should get a range of 63-88 here.
