Hopefully I did this right.
Spartan is outdated, it will require a mini.
Sale is capped at the B/O of 50

Firstly, many suggestions have outdated hats used in suggestions, and they go through. I don't see why it shouldn't go through because of that.
Also, I don't see how that sale is capped. I bought it from that very offer.
They go through due to the following reasons:
1. The outdated hat has a mini that the suggester has provided.
2. The sale easily caps at B/O
3. No recent sales on the outdated unusual and is just out of date
It should be capped at 50 because the user would of taken 50 pure. Thus representing the price and capping the sale.
OK, fair enough. Should I make another one suggesting 50 then?
You would have to find a mini for the spartan.
What is a mini?
A mini is a "Mini suggestion" which means:
A small version of a suggestion to provide a recent price for an outdated unusual or duped. Minis can be open suggestions, recent sales on the outdated or duped unusual or sellers that are below the current price (in some cases) The more recent the sales are and the more sales you have the more accurate the mini will be.
Well, that's gonna be tough. Only one in existence, I personally bought it for 55 keys a couple months ago or so, and the guy who owns it right now is selling for 70.
Mini will probably not be needed since the sale will easily cap at 50. A resuggest at 50 using what we have here should be fine.
Alright, I'll do it.
