Well, you resuggested the chieftain at 136, so you'll definitely need to use that price instead of 152. Other than that, this should be okay. The re-suggestion will get accepted quickly.

I would call that sale too old to use. Sale happened in January and the value of the Rancho now is not the same as it was in January. You would need to find sales on the Rancho in January to properly get a mini for it if you want to use that sale.

Its okay to go with Chieftain sale flat?

I think so. I know it seems a bit high. But people need to realize that not all these all-class new effect hats are the same.

For example, there are 4 tesla BoAs on the market with 18 in existence. There are 4 tesla HKCs with 18 in existence. There are 4 tesla mohawks with 13 in existence.

Here there are 0 tesla peaks on the market with only 8 in existence. A lot easier to sell a hat for a higher value when the market is in your favor. I don't think 200 is necessarily too high.
