Polar Technique: Remove the 2 Outer sales (90 and 152) Leaves us with 98, 130 and 130.

You couldn't call the sales @ 130 outliers as there are 2 sales both capped. If it was one sale then 130 being an outlier is a possibility but there's 2 so hopefully this is fine.
