This definitely isn't right. You're valuing the KE at 200 here, and the KE suggestion currently up is at 160. That would make that sale 140, but again, the sales on the KE are a little everywhere. Either way, you're valuing the KE far too high here - it would be best to wait for a more concrete value on it.
