So the bot..... closed it's buy order? Okay.
-Unsold at 18 for more than a month(closing and reopening trades I believe) supports my drop: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28733760
-1:1'd for a strange proks gold Mk. II scatter(11 keys, seller on classies @ 11: http://backpack.tf/item/3746229353 ): http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198119603228#!/compare/1485043200/1485561600
Taking 11 thanks to the sale above.
Did bot even buy it? Maybe he trolled you to close your previous suggestion?
I think the bot may of had it up. And it is gone now due to it not having enough keys for it anymore.

Current keys as of now = 10
Not too sure about using sales involving this kind of item as sole proof. The scatter has that seller at 11 now, but bp calls it 20; it is more than likely the unboxer blindly followed bp value on that scatter.
I also dont think you can call a seller at 18 supportive of a value of 11 keys ;p
My reasoning was, if it fails to sell at 18 for such a long time, it shouldn't be priced @ 18.
I understand, but 19 being high doesnt mean 11 is better :P
Comparitavely, I think it's alright; stormy is within .5 keys of 11 and similarly-valued effects, such as miami and twatt are also 11.
Bot at 13 keys is back now
I'm just a moron. Closing.
