Its strange I think it has some strange parts on it, lemme double check.

Its a normal strange powdered practitioner, goes for 1.71 on the steam market so I guess its around 0.8 - 0.9 keys or something so yeah, not exactly 1 key but Id say 32 keys is still accurate right?

It can't sell at 14 ref right now just looking at the classifieds.

$45 paypal would be ~23 keys (I think paypal key price is 1.95?)

Using those two sales, you could resuggest and make a range of 23k-31k. It'd be the best option.

Seems overpriced to me
