first suggestion lol so i thought id start with something simple :P

It does appear to need a drop but there has to be at least one recent sale.

Then again, I have very little experience in making suggestions (the only one that I made that was accepted was pretty questionable tbh), so I didn't know that before.

i was under the impression that when a hat has been sitting in scrap.tf for this long unsold then it clearly cant even fetch this price so it shouldn't be any higher. i know this is pretty small but a suggestion similar to this passed for the sunbeams falkirk

The only useable sale for this seems to be a bulk-ish sale for a Starstorm Insomnia Caribbean Conqueror, which is already old on it's own:
