Sold mine( it had specialized killstreak but does not effect value much) for 15 Keys - http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198243530442#!/compare/1490918400/1491004800

Classifield Buyers at 10 Keys ( Which is the Current Price) , better then the current , no seller at 15 Keys

There is NO ks spec ones on the market , there is a prof ks one that is decently above 15 and the past sales on the prof ones are 20+

Killstreak = unusable (?)

Given that it's such an expensive item and spec KS Powerjack kit is less than a key in SCM, it should be usable

well the specks powerjack kit is about 2 USD so if you take that off this would round down to 14keys

Kits don't add full value when applied , just like parts and paints , it's safe to consider the ks spec insignificant as people are buying it for the collectors item not for the spec ks and would not change the buyers mind if it wasn't there , specially taken that the next cheapest available on bp.tf is for 25 keys and has a prof kit tho .

I have made suggestions involving ks for lowering prices but I don't think it can be used to increase a price so downvote

pretty sure i read a mods comment at one point saying that ks and spec ks items are ok to use since they don't affect much in comparison to prof ks items

There's no way a spec ks kit would add 5 keys in value
