In my opinion, 120 seems a little low. If you ask me, 136-140 is a lot better, a subtle change but I think a small change can be accepted right?

I think this item should raise. It's an all class item which you can wear with a hat. It has stormy storm because it is sad that it is not getting a price raise yet. So I will cheer this little all class misc up by raising it's price.
