The 5% rule means at least 5%, not "close to" 5%. For this item the minimum change is 0.22. This could still get accepted though. Also your item histories aren't in the same order as the listings in the classified screenshot, and it's kind of confusing when you put outpost listings in between.

This isnt my first below 5% suggestion (other was accepted)

For item histories i wanted to select some "humans" not just bots.

And every suggestion that i created was like this..but thanks for advices :)

Quickbuyers at 2.33 and 2.44 ref now. This is low.

not sure how that would affect this but regardless this seems like a pointless change
